The design is currently underway for a major transformation to an existing ocean front home and guest house. The property has been in the family for multiple generations and started out as a small cabin hand built over 50 years ago. Conceptual designs will include raising the structures and adding garages and storage on ground level, adding balconies and boardwalks and various other features to transform the buildings to a more modern aesthetic while preserving some of the original elements.
