The owners of a wonderful traditional home in Old Northeast St. Pete desired a larger kitchen and laundry room. The new design combines a utility room and opens up the space by removing walls and adding windows and french doors to the back yard patio. The new kitchen provides double the storage and counter space over the original outdated kitchen. An island with seating was designed to maintain circulation from adjoining rooms. Raised ceilings and new windows allow natural lighting to fill the space. A new laundry room was incorporated into an extra upstairs bedroom with storage cabinetry and access to the attic for additional storage.
