I designed and built this project on speculation. This home was designed to focus all rooms onto the outdoor pool & spa terrace. An "L" shaped floor plan contains four bedrooms, 3 baths a home office,  formal dining and a split master suite. A thoughtful floor plan was designed to hide the neighboring properties and provide a strong indoor/outdoor connection.
